Fall Fun

On October 19 Tommy & I went out for a full day of fall fun. We started up in town with a yummy breakfast. Tommy loves to eat everything that we eat. This morning he had some ham, eggs, & his very own pancake. And he was so proud that he wanted to show off the pancake to everybody who would look.

After breakfast we went to Tanner's orchard. They have tons of fun stuff there. Aside from the usual apples and pumpkins they have a petting zoo, a playground, and a corn maze. He didn't get into all of it yet, but he did like seeing the goats and he went with me into the corn maze. We managed to find all twelve checkpoints eventually. It was a slow start...I don't suggest just randomly heading in one direction and expecting that eventually you find the first checkpoint and you can start from there...you just might end up wandering around for an hour and end up at the opposite end of the corn field...not that I know anything about that!

We had to take a break from the corn maze because it was pretty long. So we stopped to get some lunch and Tommy crawled around for a while. It was pretty windy, so I don't know if he was trying to taste the air or what. But whatever it was he started sticking his tongue out a lot more that day.

Tommy Chillin' at the Orchard

After we finished at teh orchard we had back home and stopped at the pumpkin store on the way home. Tommy must not have gotten enough for lunch because he spent a lot of time in the wagon trying to eat everything.
