More Ohio Time

Well the fair did Tom in...he headed back home and Tommy and I hung out for the week with the fam(s). Tommy stayed with Gramma & Grampa L all day on Monday while I hit the big city for some shopping. Mostly OSU stuff. Had to get caught up from missing a couple of trips last year. On Tuesday we stayed around the farm...the crawling thing is tough on T3. He's trying to be independent and climb and move over everything, but all day he only succeeded in running into and/or falling off of stuff. On Wednesday, we visited with Marianne and Clara for a while. Tommy showed Marianne what needs baby-proofed in her house. Thursday we headed north to Cleveland to see Gramma & Grampa S. We had some lunch and then went for a long walk so Tommy could get a decent nap in. He slept for the whole time that we were moving. For dinner went to the "Tast of Painesville". Not on the same scale as the "Taste of Chicago" or even the "Taste of Peoria" but good anyway. And Gramma got to show off T3 to a whole lot of people.

On Friday we woke up and headed down to Canton to Aunt Ailene & Uncle Jim's. Tommy cruised around the whole downstairs getting into everything. Aside from the usual enjoyment he gets from pulling everything out of his diaper bag, he got to pull stuff off the kitchen shelves, throw a bell around, and try opening the drawers in the end table. Exhausting!

We returned home in time to get a nap in before the enxt crew stopped in. First Debbie, John, & Ryan then Cindy and then Aunt Janet. (Mary & Rebecca couldn't make it that night :( ) Tommy had a good time keeping everyone hopping and he loved playing with Ryan!

On Saturday, Tommy headed to Marysville where he stayed with Aunt Judy, Deanna, & Bear all day. Aunt Judy had a teddy bear, a basketball, and a football set out on the floor and I put him down and he crawled right for the football. It is fate I say!
